Project management, certification, and outreach to bridge research and market impact
HBI contributes its strong experience in managing complex, multi-partner projects at both national and EU level. It leads the design and implementation of quality assurance, certification methodologies, and dissemination activities. In coordination with the project’s lead partner, it ensures effective day-to-day coordination, adherence to timelines and budgets, and strategic external communication. HBI is also responsible for developing and hosting the project’s central data cube infrastructure at the University of Ioannina, where data from diverse sources will be catalogued, harmonized, and prepared for thematic soil mapping at the national scale.
Dambakeraki & Co. EE (HBI) was established in 2014 in Athens by professionals active in the consulting sector since 2000. It offers a wide range of consulting services to public and private sector clients, including:

- carbon footprint assessment (ISO 14064) and ESG indicators,
