The Greek Living Earth was presented at the 8th International Verde.Tec 2026 Exhibition

Verde.Tec brings together leading companies, research institutions, public bodies, and innovative initiatives presenting advanced solutions in the fields of environmental protection, circular economy, smart cities, and sustainable infrastructure. Over the years, it has evolved into a key meeting point for stakeholders supporting Greece’s green and digital transition.

Throughout the three-day exhibition, the Synelixis team presented the Greek Living Earth (GLE) project and its vision, while also highlighting its current initiatives and strategic objectives, as well as the role of the Smart Farming system SynField used within the GLE framework. Exhibition visitors had the opportunity to learn about the methodology of the GLE project, an ambitious and innovative endeavour aimed at developing a national digital infrastructure for the holistic monitoring of carbon flows and stocks.

Through its participation in Verde.Tec 2026 and its presentation of GLE, Synelixis strengthened its presence in the development of scalable digital tools aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural practices and evidence-based decision-making. The event also offered valuable networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange opportunities with industry experts and technology providers, reaffirming the commitment of GLE to advancing the green transition in Europe, by contributing to the shift towards sustainable agricultural practices and fostering innovation in the agri-food sector.
